Repository¶
The repository contains bnet files for various example networks including citations for publications where appropriate. Each network has a name by which its bnet string and primes dictionary can be retrieved. These are get_bnet and get_primes, respectively. In addition the function get_all_names can be used for iterating over all existing names. The following is a list of all networks available in pyboolnet.
The motivation for the repository is to make it easier to share networks by referring to a fixed file, to gather analysis results and provide a benchmark set for analysis tools. Further information about the repository can be found at:
